The transaction, announced today, will see AllOffice assume ownership on March 1, marking an important step forward for both companies. <\/strong><\/p><p> <\/p><p>Based in Skaraborg, Zerva AB has built a strong reputation for its wide range of cleaning machines, detergents, tools, and consumables. The company has also been recognized for its commitment to customer training in efficient and environmentally sustainable working methods. <\/p><p> <\/p><p><em> \u201cWe are very pleased that Zerva will gain a new owner with a deep understanding of its business and the ability to further develop operations in Skaraborg. This divestment enables T\u00e5ngen to focus on our other portfolio companies and strengthen our clear position in the value chain.
