Together, AB Sjuntorp\u2019s subsidiaries form a complete provider of solutions for material handling as well as production engineering services and products for the industrial sector. <\/p><p>\u201cFor me, the most important thing is that the group can continue to grow and develop in a stable and secure way. That\u2019s why I am very pleased that it is T\u00e5ngen who has now taken over as the new owner, and that AB Sjuntorp will serve as the industrial platform. This provides security and opportunities for AB Sjuntorp, with its fantastic employees, strong growth, and great potential,\u201d says Thomas Mark, Founder of AB Sjuntorp.   <\/p><p>In 2022, the group had revenues of SEK 182 million, with an EBITDA of SEK 32 million, and employs around 100 people. The company will become part of T\u00e5ngen\u2019s Service business area, with the acquisition completed on April 27, 2023.
